Bogus Product & Zero Customer Support

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. I know exactly how this gel is supposed to perform because I am not a first-time user. I have previously purchased genuine Advion from other vendors, and it was spot on and highly effective. I only ordered online this time due to temporary accessibility issues, and I completely regret it.

Here are the major issues with this order:

Product is Fake: This gel does not work at all. It does not attract or kill cockroaches, confirming it is not a genuine product.

No Expiry Date: The single tube without packaging arrived without any expiration date printed on it, which is highly unsafe.

Missing Parts: The package did not include the necessary tip, plunger, or application nozzle explicitly promised in the description.

Terrible Customer Service: I tried reaching out to their team via WhatsApp to resolve this, but I have been totally ignored.
